PATHWAY TO OUR LEGACY
Legacy has entered the final phase of fundraising andconstruction for the new clinic facility in Montrose. The Pathway to Our Legacy campaign allows anyone to purchase a brick paver that will be inscribed and permanently set on the grounds of the new building at 1415 California. Inscribing a personalized paver is a meaningful way to ensure that your legacy or the legacy of a loved one lives on forever.
Explanation of the bricks – location and price:
Sidewalk - $100
Pathway - $250
Plaza - $500
All bricks purchased by August 17 will be inscribed for the Grand Opening. To purchase a brick, click on this link to take you to our secure online purchasing page.
